| Registration Form | This form gives us specific information on each person attending. In order to place children in the age appropriate workshops, we need their ages, grades, etc. This form also has payment information and address and phone information for contacting you. |
| Job Volunteer Form | All adults are involved in 3 hours of public duty to support the camp each day. This can be kitchen duty, cleaning, sports, lecturing, group leading, etc. Please submit your choice of activity for EACH adult attending. |
| Medical Form | This is a two page form. Park laws for group camping require that we have one form on file for EACH child. |
